Worked collaboratively with a group of creatives to conceptualize B&W one-stop shop as a stress-relieving solution for buying or selling a home, which is otherwise known an extremely stressful process. Together, we created the tagline “Stress Less. Live More.” to complement Baird & Warner slogan “It’s easier here.” Through various advertisements, we showcased how buying or selling can be as stress-free as any other daily task.
B&W will promote out-of-home (OOH) and print advertisements that highlight the process as stress-relieving and hassle-free experience and aim to reassure clients that their services will not add unnecessary stress.
B&W will promote digital prints in home furniture/home decor websites to engage directly with it’s target audience
B&W will kick off a series featuring recent clients sharing their seamless experiences. Additional videos will feature realtors explaining the process and outlining the benefits that first-time home buyers can expect when choosing to work with them.
